Crystal Basics: Crystals, stones, rocks and gems are all products of the earth and all carry specific energies with them that can be used in many different ways. This class is intended for beginners in crystal use. In it, we will go over the basics about crystal shape, structure and energy and talk about some common stones and crystals and their metaphysical uses. We will discuss cleansing crystals, some techniques to choose crystals, as well as some meditation techniques to attune yourself to crystal vibrations.
Introduction to the Chakras: The Chakra system is a complex energy system with ancient roots. This class is designed for beginners to the Chakras and will go over the Chakra system, its history and roots, as well as go through the seven major Chakras, explaining what each energetic body rules and regulates and how to work with each Chakra on a basic level. This class will include interactive points, meditations, guided visualizations and self-assessments for you to get in touch with each of your own Chakras. Also, how to use crystals and other tools to assist in working with the energies of your Chakras.
Creating Mandalas for Manifestation: Mandalas have been used in many forms across many cultures as meditative points-of-focus to assist in personal growth and inner learning. Join Jacob Perdue in this interactive workshop to discuss color and its effect on us, to learn about the history and tradition of Mandalas and work to take this ancient art and turn it into an active focusing exercise for manifesting your goals.
